Why should I choose you to Photograph my Special Occasion?

We photograph all types of Weddings all year round, including Asian and Civil Partnerships, using an unobtrusive blend of Artistic, Photojournalistic and Traditional styles of imaging in both Colour and Black and White to create an unscripted storybook of your Wedding or Special Occasion, allowing you to relax and enjoy your day.

Do you photograph Winter Weddings?

Yes, we photograph throughout the whole year - even Christmas Day!!

My wedding is outside Cambridgeshire UK. How far do you travel?

We will photograph your wedding wherever you decide to get married in the UK or abroad, but for traveling outside a 35 mile radius of Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, UK, there will be modest additional travel and where applicable, overnight hotel costs for these, which we can discuss during your first enquiry.

Are there any additional costs?

No, the price we quote you will be the price you pay for the agreed package and any variations or additions.

When will I receive my Album and Prints?

Album delivery will depend on whether you decide to make it up, or if you ask us to do so. Wedding prints are personally delivered on a mutually agreeable date after your return from honeymoon, or usually within 2 weeks in the event that you don’t go on honeymoon!

Do I get my images mounted in an album?

The Platinum and Diamond Collections include albums, in which you can either mount the prints yourself or we can do this for you, but in either case you must allow time to do this.

All Collections include a digitally produced Photo Story Book featuring between 20 and 40 images of your big day. Great for coffee tables and as a mini showcase for family and friends.

Do I have to purchase reprints?

You are under no obligation to purchase any reprints, but should you wish to as many people do, then you can either do this yourself using the DVD of high resolution digital negatives supplied or we can do this on your behalf.

N.B. If you decide to do your own reprints, we strongly recommend that for the best results you use a Professional Processing Lab where colour management, density and quality are more strictly controlled, rather than a High Street photo printing chain who often batch process images using an average setting for everything, which can lead to disappointing results. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any third party printing that you select.

How much will the re-prints cost?

We us a Professional Processing lab for Re-prints, which are individually hand produced and checked for density and contrast. The costs depend upon the size and the quantity ordered, but typical prices for single prints as at March 2008 are:

Prices for sizes larger than 12x8 up to 42x30 can be supplied on request.

Should we meet before the Special Occasion?

Yes. In order to get the best from your day, it’s essential that we meet up beforehand to discuss your requirements and expectations, the venue, guests, required number of images, black and white and/or mix of colour, and importantly to get to know one another. The more comfortable we feel with each other, the better will be the images! A pre-wedding location shoot is an ideal opportunity to do this.

When should I book?

As early as possible – 12 months in advance is recommended, although we appreciate this is not always possible.

How do I secure the date?

A cheque or cash for £200 will secure the date and is non-refundable in the event of you canceling.
